<p>The Family Physician directs and oversees the provision of and provides quality care to those patients assigned to him/her consistent with guidelines contained within the quality management, risk management, infection control, customer service and safety programs for Hamdard Healthcare. Location qualifies for NHSC student loan repayment.</p> <ul> <li>Assures the daily health center patient load is seen in a timely and clinically appropriate manner. </li><li>Completes all progress notes with date/time immediately following the patient visit. </li><li>Participates in after hours call rotation and responds to after hours calls within 20 minutes when on-call. </li><li>Adheres to approved Hamdard Healthcare treatment protocols. </li><li>Effectively demonstrates required competencies in the provision of educational, case management, triage and medication administration services. </li><li>Adheres to the organization's mission-based approach "to promote physical and emotional health and psychological well being of individuals and families by offering hope, health, and healing." </li><li>Provide coverage at 228 E. Lake Street Addison IL </li><li>Provider coverage will not include On-Call hours as Hamdard has a service providing this after hours work. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Advanced Study: Broad or in-depth knowledge which would be acquired and demonstrated through the attainment of a Doctor Osteopathy (D.O.) or a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) Degree. </li><li>Completed Residency in Primary Care specialty is required and Board Certification in their primary care specialty is preferred. </li><li>Three (3) years work experience in the practice of primary care medicine in a community health center is required. Salary compensated based on years of experience. </li><li>Current Illinois Registration </li><li>One Saturday a month availability required </li><li>Must have EHR experience.
