<p>Job Description</p> <p>About the Role:</p> <p>We are seeking a results-oriented Manager or Senior Manager to lead strategy engagements in the Industrial, Automotive, and Aerospace & Defense sectors. This individual will own the delivery of complex workstreams or full projects, lead client relationships, and guide teams in developing actionable solutions that drive measurable impact.</p> <p>You will be at the intersection of strategy, digital innovation (especially GenAI-enabled offerings), and operational transformation-contributing to business growth and practice leadership.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <p>Engagement & Delivery</p> <ul> <li> <p>Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic projects, ensuring high-quality outputs, team coordination, and measurable business outcomes.</p> </li><li> <p>Shape solutions in areas such as Supply Chain, Sourcing & Procurement, Operating Model, Cost Transformation, and Growth Strategy.</p> </li><li> <p>Leverage and embed GenAI-enabled services (e.g., Agentic AI, digital copilots) into project delivery.</p> </li><li> <p>Act as the primary client contact, building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and ensuring alignment throughout the engagement.</p> </li></ul> <p>Team & Practice Development</p> <ul> <li> <p>Lead and mentor junior team members, creating an inclusive and high-performing team culture.</p> </li><li> <p>Drive practice-building efforts including recruiting, training, capability development, and thought leadership.</p> </li><li> <p>Identify and codify best practices to enhance internal delivery assets and accelerators.</p> </li></ul> <p>Business Development</p> <ul> <li> <p>Support go-to-market activities and co-develop proposals, pitch decks, and account strategies in partnership with senior leaders.</p> </li><li> <p>Identify and nurture new opportunities within accounts and help expand the firm's footprint across priority clients.</p> </li></ul> <p>Up to 80% travel is expected as needed to meet client needs.</p> <p>Qualification</p> <p>Required Qualifications:</p> <p>Basic Requirements:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Minimum of 5 years of experience at a Consulting Firm or in a Corporate Strategy role with deep industry experience in Industrials, Automotive, or Aerospace & Defense and functional depth in two or more areas:</p> </li><li> <p>Supply Chain Strategy & Transformation</p> </li><li> <p>Sourcing & Procurement Optimization</p> </li><li> <p>Cost Reduction / Value Creation</p> </li><li> <p>Operating Model & Org Design</p> </li><li> <p>Growth Strategy</p> </li><li> <p>Bachelor's Degree</p> </li></ul> <p>Preferred:</p> <ul> <li>MBA degree </li></ul> <p>Professional Skills Requirements</p> <ul> <li> <p>Familiarity with and ability to apply GenAI tools and platforms within strategic engagements.</p> </li><li> <p>Proven track record of building and sustaining client relationships.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.</p> </li><li> <p>Bias for action, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver outcomes.</p> </li><li> <p>Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for industrial innovation.</p> </li></ul> <p>Help our clients reimagine the future of their business-through strategy, transformation, and AI-powered solutions.</p> <p>Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
