<p>Summary</p> <p>This position is accountable for overseeing Gilhooley's Student Lounge by requiring guests to log their visit, monitor activities, and manage the facility.</p> <p>Essential Duties & Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Monitor access to ensure visitors are authorized through Cougar Card swipe </li><li>Maintain attendance logs for tracking space usage </li><li>Manage equipment check-out for use in the space (pool table supplies, ping pong supplies, board games, etc.) </li><li>Complete basic cleaning duties to sanitize table tops, sweep floors and collect trash </li><li>Assist with facility concerns and report to administrative staff any areas that need attention </li><li>Provide assistance with information regarding programs and events </li><li>Become familiar with the University policies, procedures, and general information to assist with inquiries </li><li>Assists with special projects and assignments within the Division of Student Life </li><li>Performs related duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>Description of Hours:</p> <ul> <li>Scheduled up to 10 hours a week between 11:00am and 5:00pm Monday- Friday and 2:00pm-8:00pm Saturday and Sunday.
