The responsibilities include those of general maintenance (i.e., carpentry, painting, electrical, plumbing, equipment maintenance and safety testing). Will provide excellent customer services when working with patients, visitors and other staff members.</p> <p>Job Requirements</p> <p>In addition to bringing humankindness to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:</p> <p>Education Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma/G.E.D. required </li><li>Technical degree in a facilities related field preferred </li></ul> <p>Minimum Experience Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>One to two years general maintenance experience required </li><li>Hospital facilities or healthcare construction experience, preferred </li><li>Strong communication skills; ability to read, write and speak English </li><li>Basic computer skills </li></ul> <p>License/Certifications Requirement:</p> <ul> <li>Valid Driver License required </li></ul> <p>Physical Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Medium Work - exert/lift up to 50 lbs. force occasionally, and/or up to 20 lbs. frequently, and/or up to 10 lbs. constantly </li></ul> <p>Where You'll Work</p> <p>At St. Anthony North Health Campus, we are committed to delivering optimal health care to the communities of Westminster, Erie, Brighton, Broomfield, Northglenn and Thornton.
