Managing the life cycle of projects from order award to fulfillment and delivery, this role works with several key stakeholders, including internal teams as well as vendors and customers. This on-site role will have access to our distribution hub in Sacramento and work closely with internal teams to ensure process flow is seamless for our customers. Eclipse software working knowledge, CRM and proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications is also required. An industry expert, with customer focused talent will add tremendous value to our collaborative team.</p> <p>Essential Duties & Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Assist with fielding incoming project quote requests, identifying all Manufacture reps involved, and send requests to reps in a timely manner. </li><li>Once quotes from reps are received, must enter all information into EQM or JM software program to turn around to customer. </li><li>Must be cognizant of all necessary components required to complete the requested bill of material. </li><li>Must review quote for accuracy and completeness prior to sending to customer. </li><li>Enters order in systems for will-call, company truck delivery or direct delivery from vendor. Get pricing and availability for non-stock material to fill customer needs, track customer orders to insure timely delivery, call customer when order is ready for pickup. </li><li>When assisting with a project, works closely with customer's project managers and MFG factories to provide detailed order status throughout the length of the project. </li><li>Research customer problems and questions pertaining to form and function of material. </li><li>Perform purchasing duties to fill customer's orders for both stock and non-stock material. </li><li>Works with Outside Sales to insure customer satisfaction and promote future business. </li></ul> <p>Supervisory Responsibilities: None</p> <p>Education & Experience:</p> <p>Five years' experience iworking within electrical product lines or project management.</p> <p>Minimum of 5 years experience managing projects in Switchgear/Power space.</p> <p>Applies expert knowledge of electrical product line and project management experience to job responsibilities.</p> <p>If there is an offer, the salary presented will consider several factors including, but not limited to, geographical location, a candidate's experience, education, skills, licensure and certifications, training, and internal equity.
