<p>Job Description</p> <p>The Biologicals Specialist will strive to be an industry-leading source of biological product information and a key training resource for our internal sales teams and customers, ensuring they have a deep understanding of our products and their function within key crops. Showcasing our current products, as well as new technologies, in demonstration plots with key customers is another focus area.</p> <p>Territory: Northern Illinois and Wisconsin</p> <p>Duties:</p> <ul> <li>Territory Planning: Develop annual business plans with key retailers and conduct quarterly reviews to achieve sales milestones. </li><li>Sales Achievement: Meet sales targets using Qlik reporting and monthly reviews with area managers to track progress and adjust tactics. </li><li>Technical Training: Provide internal and external training on biological products to establish Syngenta as the industry technical leader. </li><li>Demo Trials: Organize product trials to generate yield data for marketing and support new product launches. </li><li>Sales Forecasting: Complete monthly rolling forecasts using Excel to project current and future sales performance. </li></ul>
