Working here at SouthLight you will be able to make a difference in people's lives every day, and know that you are a part of inspiring positive change in your community.</p> <p>After 6 months employees are eligible to enroll in our 401(k) plan which has a 100% contribution match up to 4%!</p> <p>Job Responsibilities of a Financial Administrative Assistant</p> <ul> <li> <p>Assist finance team leadership with administrative tasks such as returning calls and scheduling meetings.</p> </li><li> <p>Assist with filing and mail distribution.</p> </li><li> <p>Assist Team with accounting functions at month end.</p> </li><li> <p>Assist Finance with scanning in documents into Blackbaud Financial Edge</p> </li><li> <p>Serve as backup to AP/AR Specialist</p> </li><li> <p>Backup for check cutting</p> </li><li> <p>Backup for making bank deposits</p> </li><li> <p>Assist with repetitive claim change needs.</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications of a Financial Administrative Assistant</p> <p>Educational and Experience</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma </li><li>Associates Degree with finance or accounting or HS Diploma with 8 credit hours or commensurate experience of 0-2 years of accounting experience. </li></ul> <p>Knowledge, Skills and Abilities</p> <ul> <li>Microsoft Office Suite </li><li>Strong organization skills and ability to multi-task and meet deadlines </li><li>Detail oriented with professional oral and written communication skills </li><li>Self-motivated, with the ability to work with minimal supervision. </li></ul> <p>About SouthLight Healthcare</p> <p>Tap into your passion at SouthLight Healthcare.
