<p>About Chase Corporation</p> <p>Founded in 1946 we have grown to become a global specialty chemicals company that is a leading manufacturer of protective materials for high-reliability applications across diverse market sectors.</p> <p>Today we employ nearly 800 people and continue to grow and strengthen our business by employing a related diversification strategy that combines organic growth initiatives with strategic acquisitions.</p> <p>Based in Westwood, Massachusetts, USA we operate manufacturing facilities in the United States, Europe, and Asia and continue to invest in our capabilities in order to deliver value to our global customer base demands</p> <p>Role Overview</p> <p>The Channel Enablement Manager (North America) is a key member of the commercial organization, responsible for executing Chase Corporation's indirect selling strategy across the region. This role focuses on building a high-performing channel partner network, resolving coverage gaps, and driving indirect sales growth through strategic partner engagement. The manager will collaborate closely with regional sales leaders to implement and optimize the global Channel Program to meet North American market needs. This role is instrumental in expanding Chase's market presence through scalable, partner-led growth.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <p>Operations & Execution</p> <ul> <li>Funnel Management: Drive effective funnel management processes with top-tier channel partners. Leverage CRM (Salesforce) and business intelligence tools for accurate forecasting and performance tracking. </li><li>Marketing & Lead Generation: Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop and deploy channel-specific collateral, campaigns, and tools that support lead generation and partner growth. Ensure adherence to Chase brand guidelines in all partner-facing communications. </li><li>Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs): Lead regular QBRs with key partners, in collaboration with regional sales teams, to assess performance, identify support needs, and strengthen strategic alignment. </li></ul> <p>Cross-Functional Collaboration</p> <ul> <li>Work closely with Marketing and R&D teams to align product lifecycle initiatives, market strategy, and new product development with indirect sales priorities. </li></ul> <p>Budget & Performance Management</p> <ul> <li>Manage channel program budgets, monitor expenditures and sales results, and recommend corrective actions to meet financial and growth objectives. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Minimum 5 years of experience in complex sales roles with a focus on channel/partner enablement. </li><li>Demonstrated experience in value-based and solution selling. </li><li>Strong proficiency in Salesforce CRM and related sales reporting tools. </li><li>Experience in industrial B2B or specialty chemical sectors preferred. </li><li>Exceptional analytical, organizational, and strategic planning skills. </li><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence across functions and externally with partners. </li></ul> <p>Education</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or Science-related field required; </li><li>MBA or Advanced degree preferred. </li></ul>
