<p>Kforce has a client in Nashville, TN that is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Data Analyst to support their HR and compliance initiatives.This role will focus on identifying gaps in compliance and analyzing large datasets to drive operational accuracy and efficiency.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Analyze employee data </li><li>Identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions </li><li>Work with HR and payroll teams </li><li>Use Excel (including Power Query) to clean, transform, and analyze large datasets </li><li>Develop reports and dashboards to track setup status and compliance metrics </li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven solutions </li><li>Document processes and findings for audit and operational transparency* 3+ years of experience in a data analyst role </li><li>Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Power Query </li><li>Experience working with large, complex datasets </li><li>Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills </li><li>Strong communication skills to explain data insights to non-technical stakeholders </li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities </li></ul>
