<p>Full-Time Family Health Worker - OB/GYN - Queens</p> <p>Reports to: Chief of Obstetrics & Gynecology</p> <p>131-72 40th Road</p> <p>Queens, New York, 11354</p> <p>United States</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Coordinate quality assurance activities related to women's health services and projects </li><li>Responsible for case management in general prenatal services, preventative health screening, and abnormal screening results </li><li>Ensure comprehensive services are provided to patients by conducting chart reviews and reviewing intake forms </li><li>Responsible for data entry of intake forms, surveys and questionnaires, and database management </li><li>Work closely with directors, unit managers and staff on clinical matters, including clinical staff training </li><li>Work closely with Health Center departments and outside agencies on matters pertaining to clinical systems </li><li>Liaison with community agencies related to women's health projects </li><li>Assist in completing administrative reports, compiling statistics on program activities, and keeping track of all completed activates as part of programs review </li><li>Perform other duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>Minimum Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Two years college or equivalent experience </li><li>One to two years community experience </li><li>Knowledge or experience in healthcare preferred </li><li>Strong computer skills </li><li>Must be bilingual in English/Chinese </li></ul> <p>Compensation and Benefits:</p> <ul> <li>Salary: $40,000.00 - 46,000.00 per year </li><li>Medical insurance </li><li>Employer-paid dental, vision, disability and life insurance </li><li>403(b) retirement savings plan </li><li>Flexible spending accounts for transit, parking, health and dependent care </li><li>Paid time off (28 days for the first year of employment) </li><li>Employee Assistance Program </li><li>Tuition reimbursement for eligible employees, and </li><li>The Health Center is qualified for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program </li></ul>
