<p>Role: Payroll Integration Specialist</p> <p>Location: (Hybrid)</p> <p>Reports To: True 360 Manager</p> <p>Job Type: Full-time</p> <p>We're looking for a Payroll Integration Specialist to join our True360 team and support the onboarding and maintenance of API-driven payroll connections. In this role, you'll ensure accurate, secure data flow between client payroll systems and the 401GO platform while partnering directly with engineering, customer success, and client IT/payroll teams. If you enjoy solving complex technical challenges, digging into data, and becoming the go-to expert on payroll integrations, this is a great opportunity for you.</p> <p>What You'll Be Doing:</p> <ul> <li>Configure API integrations for challenging payroll providers (e.g., ADP Run, Paylocity). </li><li>Troubleshoot integration failures, data mismatches, and authentication/token issues. </li><li>Own the full onboarding lifecycle for API-based payroll connections-from setup to live sync. </li><li>Collaborate with engineering to resolve recurring or systemic integration issues. </li><li>Support CSMs during technical conversations with client IT and payroll contacts. </li><li>Serve as a subject-matter expert on payroll systems, data formats, and True360 sync logic. </li></ul> <p>What You Bring:</p> <ul> <li>Experience with payroll systems (ADP, Paylocity, etc.) or API-based integrations. </li><li>Strong troubleshooting skills and an analytical, detail-oriented mindset. </li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including lookups, pivot tables, and data validation. </li><li>Understanding of authentication flows, APIs, or data transformation concepts is a plus. </li><li>Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. </li><li>Ability to manage multiple integrations and prioritize effectively. </li></ul> <p>Why 401GO?</p> <p>At 401GO, we're not just changing retirement-we're reinventing it.
