Accenture Flex employees work in their local metro area onsite at the project, significantly reducing and/or eliminating the demands to travel.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>As a Custom application programmer, you will be responsible for developing custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications.</p> </li><li> <p>You will utilize modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs.</p> </li><li> <p>You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively.</p> </li><li> <p>You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions.</p> </li><li> <p>Additionally, you will provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.</p> </li><li> <p>Expert proficiency in Oracle Financials is required.</p> </li><li> <p>Advanced proficiency in Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems is recommended.</p> </li><li> <p>Advanced proficiency in Oracle Fusion Project Billing, Oracle Fixed Assets, and Oracle Financial Reporting Compliance Cloud is suggested.</p> </li><li> <p>Design and implement innovative software solutions that meet client requirements.</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software components.</p> </li><li> <p>Conduct thorough testing and debugging to maintain high-quality standards.</p> </li><li> <p>Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance software development practices.</p> </li><li> <p>Mentor junior team members and share knowledge to foster a collaborative learning environment.</p> </li><li> <p>Locations: Hybrid - 3 days/weekly (60%) onsite - NYC or Jersey City</p> </li><li> <p>Requirement: 5 days away mandate per quarter</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualification</p> <p>Basic Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Minimum 5 years experience in Oracle ERP Financial Implementation</p> </li><li> <p>Minimum 3 years experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Financial</p> </li><li> <p>Working experience with Oracle Financial AP, FA, GL modules, BPM workflow, OCR, BIP reporting, PL SQL, Unix</p> </li><li> <p>High School Diploma or GED</p> </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Knowledge on PL SQL Unix</p> </li><li> <p>Working experience on version control tools like GIT</p> </li></ul> <p>Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
