<p>Scope of Position:</p> <p>Provide assistance to Mestek representatives, customers, and employees while demonstrating a positive attitude. Act as a liaison between Sales Reps, Managers, customers, Technical Service, Engineering, and the Factory.</p> <ul> <li>Provide assistance to Mestek representatives, customers, and employees while demonstrating a positive attitude. </li><li>Act as a liaison between Sales Reps, Managers, customers, Technical Service, Engineering, and the Factory. </li><li>Answer phone and E-mail inquiries in a timely manner </li><li>Provide information concerning Mestek products </li><li>Process incoming orders for unit accuracy, pricing, and shipping information </li><li>Enter orders into Friedman ERP system </li><li>Review information before sending to Credit/Factory </li><li>Identify and resolve inquiries from representatives/customers relating to products </li><li>Guide representatives and distributors in use of Sales Assistant Specifier </li><li>Monitor fax machines for orders </li><li>Maintain an orderly work area </li><li>Keep filing and paperwork up-to-date </li><li>Complete special projects as needed </li><li>Assist other team members when work permits </li><li>Perform similar or related duties as required or requested </li><li>High School Diploma or GED </li><li>Experience in writing orders and pricing a plus </li><li>Able to use computer software including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word </li><li>Ambitious, organized, and detail-oriented </li><li>Team player who works well with others </li><li>Able to function under pressure </li><li>Able to prioritize and multitask </li></ul>
