<p>RCS is an organization committed to providing the highest quality educational and clinical services to children and adults with Autism Spectrum Disorders and other developmental disabilities.</p> <p>We are currently seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to support the daily HR operations of RCS Learning Center, RCS Behavioral and Educational Consulting, and Mini-Miracles Early Education & Childcare Center.</p> <p>This position plays an essential role in employee onboarding, compliance, recordkeeping, and staff support across multiple programs. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage confidential information with professionalism.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Coordinate the new hire onboarding process, including CORI/SORI checks, I-9 verification, collecting documentation, and preparing employee files. </li><li>Enter and maintain employee information in HR systems (ADP, CentralReach, etc.). </li><li>Track and maintain compliance requirements such as trainings, certifications, CORI renewals, and EEC documentation. </li><li>Support recruitment activities by scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and preparing offer letters. </li><li>Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and responding to employee questions. </li><li>Help prepare and distribute HR communications, policy updates, and staff notices. </li><li>Provide general HR support to leadership, supervisors, and staff while handling confidential information with discretion. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>1-2 years of experience in Human Resources, onboarding, or employee support roles. </li><li>Experience with onboarding, background checks (CORI/SORI), I-9 compliance, and maintaining personnel files. </li><li>Strong communication and customer-service skills when interacting with candidates and staff. </li><li>Experience with HRIS platforms such as ADP or similar systems preferred. </li></ul> <p>Schedule:</p> <p>Part-time, 20-25 hours/week Monday through Friday.
