We truly believe that</p> <p>running changes everything.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <p>This position will be responsible for ensuring the accurate receiving of all footwear entering the distribution center. Additional responsibilities include leading the fulfillment</p> <p>team to meet all e-commerce goals and metrics.</p> <ul> <li>Ensure accurate receiving of incoming footwear at the distribution center </li><li>Maintain daily and accurate fulfillment of fleetfeet.com orders </li><li>Manage store requests for customer product needs </li><li>Work with Operations Manager to establish fulfillment and operational policies </li><li>Work with merchandise team to prioritize shipments and ensure consistent inflow </li></ul> <p>of important product</p> <ul> <li>Establish and maintain a fun and positive work environment for distribution staff. </li><li>Support all Fleet Feet initiatives, activities and functions </li><li>Work schedule will be based upon the demands of the business. In a typical </li></ul> <p>week, this position will work 5 days out of the distribution center with occasional days at the store to assist with store operations. Position requires moving around for periods of 2-4 hours without a rest break task sequencing, and using point-of-sale computers. Occasional moderate to heavy (10-25+lb) lifting and carrying, bending and reaching overhead may be required. Work environment includes substantial communication with customers, working in a retail environment with product displays and stockroom with inventory, and potentially slippery surfaces.</p>
