<p>SUMMARY</p> <p>This position is primarily responsible for the day-to-day coordination of NPP Development LLC tenant construction needs and NPS LLC capital projects including: new installations, renovations and general maintenance as needed.</p> <p>DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <ul> <li>Lead assigned project management including: planning and scheduling of all construction activities. Manage and oversee owner and tenant design plans and construction managers. Schedule and supervise daily trade partner activities in accordance with job schedules and scopes of work. </li><li>Oversee quality of work, code compliance and escalate issues. </li><li>Maintain records of all change orders and purchase orders, review all invoices for accuracy and appropriateness. </li><li>Assist Trade Partners with their Safety Initiative for all projects, safety logs and regular safety inspections. </li><li>Ensure in-house/external developers and tenant team effectively and appropriately communicate through the construction FTP site to drive timely project completion. </li><li>Attend construction meetings as needed. </li><li>Manage architectural, engineering, base building drawings and construction plans to be up to date and accessible of the applicable user community. Modify design plans, as needed, to assist in planning efforts - both with stadium operations and the development team. </li><li>Create presentation materials that assist the Project Managers, Leasing Managers, and Stadium Operations groups to develop logistic and operations plans. </li><li>Special projects and assignments as business dictates. </li><li>Responsible for the maintenance, creation and control of all personally identifiable information or any other information protected by any Confidentiality or Privacy Standards or Company Policies that you have access or knowledge of, including but not limited to any state or federal regulations including HIPPA. </li></ul> <p>SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <ul> <li>None </li></ul> <p>SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS</p> <ul> <li>Must be able to read blueprints to maintain quality control and inspect all aspects of construction. </li><li>Professional and detail oriented. </li><li>Excellent Customer Service Skills and follow-through. </li><li>AutoCAD. </li><li>Proficient with Microsoft office, Microsoft project, Adobe acrobat, etc. </li><li>3 to 5 years of experience. </li><li>Bachelor's Degree. </li><li>Must have attention to detail and focused concentration. </li><li>Must be able to learn new tasks and complete tasks independently. </li><li>Must be able to make timely decisions in the context of the workflow. </li><li>Must possess strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task and responsiveness. </li></ul> <p>PHYSICAL DEMANDS</p> <ul> <li>Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. </li><li>The work environment can be loud. </li></ul> <p>WORK ENVIRONMENT</p> <ul> <li>Fast paced work environment </li></ul> <p>CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS</p> <ul> <li>None </li></ul> <p>OTHER DUTIES</p> <p>Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
