Since 1905, Hydro has turned natural resources into valuable products for people and businesses with focus on a safe and good workplace for our 30,000 employees in more than 140 locations.</p> <p>Location: North Liberty, IN</p> <p>All shifts available</p> <p>Job Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Works on the Extrusion Press Line and Communicates and works well with fellow employees. </li><li>Inspects material for squareness, flatness, bow, gage material, as specified on the work instruction. </li><li>Operates the saw in a safe and productive manner. Maintains a good quality cut. </li><li>Understands saw blade style and how to troubleshoot common problems. </li><li>Performs saw duties from information furnished on the Work Instructions. </li><li>Operate stretching equipment per order specifications. </li><li>Monitors metal during stretching for quality by using micrometers, calipers, straight edges, gauges etc. </li><li>Maintains a clean work area, free of debris. </li><li>Performs simple maintenance to ensure saws performance. </li><li>Responsible for training a back-up operator. </li><li>Acts as backup to press operator and head stretcher, which requires complete cross training on both jobs. </li><li>Self-motivated and ability to read and understand process sheets and follow written instructions. </li><li>Communicates and works well with fellow employees of all levels in a Team effort. </li></ul> <p>Care, Courage, & Collaboration</p> <p>At Hydro We care about our People!</p> <p>We care about Safety!</p> <p>Hydro in North America is an Equal Opportunity Employer where all phases of employment are based strictly upon the qualifications of the individual as related to the work requirements of the position.
