Partner closely with Global Sales, Digital & Technology, Product, and Marketing colleagues to understand project requirements, track and communicate progress, and ensure deliverables are prioritized appropriately to meet objectives.</p> <p>JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</p> <ul> <li>Leads the kickoff, execution and publishing of various marketing projects with a focus on product launches, programs and sustaining updates. Develops schedules, ensures communication, facilitates reviews, and delivers output of marketing endeavors. </li><li>Acts as a key liaison between marketing teams and other groups throughout the organization to align expectations, track progress, and achieve outcomes. </li><li>Builds and maintains projects within the A-dec marketing project management platform (Wrike), assigns team members and establishes timelines. </li><li>Leads weekly marketing team meetings to prioritize, troubleshoot, and report the status of various departmental projects. </li><li>Supports, leads, and develops continuous improvement strategies and activities in relation to marketing project workflows. </li><li>Develops presentation materials to apprise A-dec leadership of project status, supports dealer partnership, and refines sales pitches. </li><li>Facilitates final steps of project completion, including accurate document control and storage, translation and print quoting, as well as asset handoff for publishing. </li><li>Consistently exhibits leadership within the marketing team, supporting Marketing Operations Manager in execution of various projects and team needs. </li><li>Assists departmental resource planning to provide top-down visibility of A-dec new product introductions and key project across the organization. </li><li>Guides strategic roadmap of marketing initiatives and collaborates with leadership to scope and schedule focus areas annually. </li><li>Partners wit Marketing Operations teammates to funnel leads into customer relationship management (CRM) via paid campaigns, partner platforms, and other audience engagements. </li></ul> <p>QUALIFICATIONS:</p> <p>Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities</p> <ul> <li>Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. </li><li>Effectively communicates both orally and in writing. </li><li>Self-directed, with strong time management and organization skills. </li><li>Thrives in team environments and seeks opportunities to lead within peer groups. </li><li>Confident problem solver and quick thinker when confronted with hurdles. </li><li>Keen eye for detail and strong motivation for timely, quality work. </li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Word & Excel. </li></ul> <p>Education and Experience</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or equivalent experience with five years business related experience and two years in project lead/management role. </li><li>2-3 years supporting marketing/creative teams in project coordination and execution. </li><li>Experience presenting to diverse audiences across various disciplines. </li><li>In-depth experience working with project management software, preferably Wrike. </li><li>Experience operating within regulatory-controlled environments a plus. </li></ul> <p>Disclaimer</p> <p>This job description has been designed to indicate the general nature and level of work performed by employees within this classification.
