Some international travel may be required</p> </li><li> <p>Have experience working in manufacturing environments.</p> </li><li> <p>Proficient using CAD software</p> </li><li> <p>Applies creative thinking to develop innovative and effective solutions</p> </li><li> <p>Demonstrates self-driven initiative and curiosity in identifying and solving problems</p> </li><li> <p>Taking responsibility for work ethic and actions</p> </li></ul> <p>EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE</p> <ul> <li> <p>BS in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering</p> </li><li> <p>Strong work ethic and detail oriented</p> </li><li> <p>Team player with ability to work well in cross-functional teams</p> </li><li> <p>Strong communication skills</p> </li><li> <p>Self-starter willing to take on complex challenges</p> </li><li> <p>Minimum 2-5 years experience in manufacturing environments</p> </li><li> <p>ESP experience preferred</p> </li></ul>
