<p>Responsibilities</p> <p>Position Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on various aspects of the business including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC and refrigeration equipment to meet required regulations </li><li>Perform building related installation and maintenance including, but not limited to furniture assembly, data/power installations, plumbing and lighting repair </li><li>Maintain cleanliness of interior and exterior of property by painting and refurbishing areas </li><li>Repair, maintain/monitor all equipment and amenities </li><li>Monitor and maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and modifications </li><li>Keep areas clean and organized, including cleaning dock levelers, dock bays, pressure washing building surfaces, cleaning HVAC systems (interior and exterior) maintaining a clean maintenance department </li><li>Other duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Required Education and Experience:</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) with 2 plus years of related experience </li></ul> <p>Preferred Education and Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Electrical Certification or Vocational Certification </li></ul> <p>Essential Information for Our Employees</p> <p>At the Reyes Family of Businesses, our Total Rewards Strategy prioritizes the holistic well-being of our employees, and our compensation philosophy embraces diverse factors for fair pay decisions, valuing skills, experience, and the needs of our business.
