<p>Job Title: Research Study Manager</p> <p>Job Description</p> <p>We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Research Study Manager to oversee the day-to-day clinical research operations at our Newark location. This role requires a proactive leader with a strong background in oncology and clinical research coordination.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Supervise and manage the workflow of coordinators in the assigned disease-specific group. </li><li>Communicate services that will support and enable the growth of clinical research, particularly in recruitment, retention, coordination of research, and data management. </li><li>Conduct quality assurance audits to ensure compliance with regulatory standards. </li><li>Partner with physicians to educate and assist them in selecting appropriate studies and explaining feasibility. </li><li>Work with research sites to oversee oncology research and ensure compliance with protocols. </li><li>Assist doctors in selecting trials and understand screening processes to improve site enrollment. </li></ul> <p>Essential Skills</p> <ul> <li>Experience in supervising coordinators and managing workflow. </li><li>Prior experience in oncology and as a Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC). </li><li>Strong understanding of clinical operations and regulatory compliance. </li><li>Bachelor's Degree in a science discipline. </li><li>3-5 years of oncology experience. </li><li>At least 1 year of supervisory experience. </li></ul> <p>Additional Skills & Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Experience as a Clinical Research Supervisor or Research Program Manager. </li><li>Familiarity with NCI Designated Cancer Institutes. </li></ul> <p>Work Environment</p> <p>The work environment includes a blend of on-site and remote work, with 3 days a week at various sites in South-120 Albany New Brunswick, Community in Tom's River, Monmouth Med (Lakewood) (Long Branch), and Hamilton, and 2 days working from home. Our team comprises 70 employees with diverse skill sets, including CRC, Regulatory Affairs, and Clinical Research Managers.
