In addition, this role will focus on driving engagement with the Health Systems Businesses to achieve new levels of collaboration between Service, Quality, and Legal Manufacturer functions.</p> <p>Your role:</p> <ul> <li>Lead quality-related escalations related to Commercial Operations: installed base, sales & distribution, parts ordering & returning processes, order management, warranty exchanges, etc. </li><li>Own and drive quality initiatives such as Quality Transition plans supporting transformation initiatives, process improvements, identified key areas of risk, and the like </li><li>Work collaboratively across Regions to ensure standardization of processes and sharing of service-enabling best practices </li><li>Support and drive internal CAPAs to closure within procedural requirements for all non-conformances pertaining to team functions/process; or as assigned by management. </li></ul> <p>You're the right fit if:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Quality Management, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Science or equivalent. </li><li>5+ years of experience with Bachelor's OR 3+ years of experience with Master's in areas such as Medical Device, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Quality Audit, Compliance Coordination or Warehouse Operations or equivalent. </li><li>Experience with CAPA, QMS, Post Market, Service Operations. </li><li>You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Office/Remote position. </li></ul> <p>How we work together</p> <p>We believe that we are better together than apart.
