This role is crucial in fostering relationships with senior-level stakeholders within the finance and banking community, with a primary focus on our buyer event programs at Money20/20 conferences.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li> <p>Buyer Recruitment</p> </li><li> <p>Identify and recruit high-profile attendees from target verticals and job roles within fintech to meet audience and buyer goals.</p> </li><li> <p>Conduct strategic outreach campaigns via email, phone, and SMS to secure buyer commitments.</p> </li><li> <p>Review and qualify inbound buyer applications.</p> </li><li> <p>1-to-1 Meeting Management</p> </li><li> <p>Oversee the planning and execution of 1-to-1 buyer meetings during the conference.</p> </li><li> <p>Utilize meeting management software to schedule and track buyer-seller appointments.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure high meeting fulfillment rates and resolve any scheduling conflicts.</p> </li><li> <p>Attendee Experience</p> </li><li> <p>Serve as the primary contact for buyers throughout the entire process.</p> </li><li> <p>Monitor and promptly respond to attendee inquiries and requests.</p> </li><li> <p>Proactively triage any issues or questions to ensure a seamless experience for participants.</p> </li><li> <p>Data Management and Analysis</p> </li><li> <p>Oversee the registration platform, ensuring clean data and timely approvals.</p> </li><li> <p>Analyze data for key outreach and follow-up opportunities during meeting fulfillment.</p> </li><li> <p>Work closely with sales, marketing, and leadership teams to provide insights and improve program effectiveness.</p> </li><li> <p>Program Performance</p> </li><li> <p>Track and report on key performance indicators, including registration goals, number of participating companies, and meeting fulfillment rates.</p> </li><li> <p>Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the hosted buyer program.</p> </li></ul> <p>About Money20/20</p> <p>Money20/20 is the world's leading premium content, sales, and networking platform for the global money ecosystem.
