<p>Overview:</p> <p>Manufacturing-Forklift Operator</p> <p>Are you looking to join a company where you'll work with new, top of the line heavy equipment?</p> <p>Keen, a Wallenius Wilhelmsen company, is seeking Manufacturing-Forklift Operator at our equipment processing center in Pooler, GA.</p> <p>Join the Keen Team today!</p> <p>Starting pay is $19-$21 per hour, depending on experience.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <p>WHAT YOU'LL DO</p> <ul> <li>Safely load/unload construction parts to/from trailers using light and/or heavy forklift </li><li>Unload equipment parts from containers, flatbeds and trailers </li><li>Operate various construction equipment to accomplish receiving and shipping responsibilities </li><li>Scale all loads that are pre-loaded for drivers including gross weight, axle weights, and axle groups, and verify road worthiness of trailer </li><li>Operate hand tools regularly used in loading or yard activity such as banding machines, air wrenches and hammers, or other commonly used hand tools </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>WHAT YOU'LL NEED</p> <ul> <li>Ability to complete a full workday walking and/or standing in all reasonable weather conditions </li><li>Ability to be certified on light and heavy forklifts </li><li>Steel-toed boots/shoes </li><li>Have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record </li></ul> <p>WORK ENVIRONMENT</p> <p>This job operates in a professional shop/yard environment.
