<p>Job Description</p> <p>Material Handler/ Forklift Operator (Nights) (Recruiting)</p> <p>Loudon, TN, United States of America</p> <p>$16.00 - $16.00</p> <p>Back Apply Now</p> <p>Back</p> <p>Apply Now</p> <p>Overview</p> <p>COME JOIN THE LACOSTA TEAM!</p> <p>LACOSTA is looking for a Material Handler and Forklift Operator to join our team in Loudon, TN!</p> <ul> <li>We conduct a background check and drug testing* </li></ul> <p>THIS IS A SMOKE FREE FACILITY</p> <p>Job Skills / Requirements</p> <p>Job Schedule: 2-2-3 Rotating Schedule (Example: Tues, Wed, Sat, Sun; then Mon, Thurs, Fri)</p> <ul> <li>Day Shift: 7PM-7AM </li></ul> <p>Pay Rate: Paid weekly (every Friday)</p> <ul> <li>$16/hr </li></ul> <p>Job Description: Responsible for operating forklifts and other heavy machinery to move products within the warehouse and loading/unloading trucks.</p> <ul> <li>Ensures orderly production and distribution of products by pulling orders from inventory, delivering production materials and supplies where needed, and staging finished products for final distribution. </li><li>Contributes to orderly operation of stock/materials storage area. </li><li>Maintains inventory by identifying, labeling, and keeping materials and supplies in stock, recording location of inventory, and reporting shortages. </li><li>Locates materials and supplies by pulling and verifying and supplies listed on production orders. </li><li>Locates and packs materials for shipping. </li><li>Prepares finished stock for shipment by identifying, pulling, loading, and securing product. </li><li>Documents product shipment by recording units shipped. </li><li>Maintains material-handling equipment by completing pre-use inspections. </li><li>Keeps inventory, loading areas, and machinery clean. </li><li>Learns and adheres to workplace safety regulations. </li></ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Pass background checks and drug screening </li><li>Minimum 1 year of forklift experience </li><li>Physical requirements: walking, standing, reaching, bending, and lifting 50lbs independently. </li><li>Wear LACOSTA Shirt, steel-toed boots/shoes, long pants, and any other required PPE </li><li>Remove all jewelry and accessories </li><li>THIS IS A SMOKE FREE FACILITY </li></ul> <p>We make working for LACOSTA easy, interview today and start work as early as tomorrow!
