This role is ideal for a highly skilled full stack engineer with deep expertise in the Microsoft .NET ecosystem (C#, .NET) and proficiency in modern web technologies, such as React and Angular. As a senior member of our team, you will play a critical role in shaping and delivering value to our product offerings by integrating AI capabilities, ensuring scalability and performance, and driving best practices across the stack. You will also cross-functionally collaborate with our data scientists, analysts, and developers to ensure our solution delivers measurable value to our customers.</p> <p>Visa Sponsorship is not available for this job opportunity.</p> <p>Essential Functions and Primary Duties</p> <ul> <li> <p>Design & Development: Architect, design, and implement full-stack AI applications using .NET and modern front-end frameworks.</p> </li><li> <p>AI Integration: Implement AI/ML models and algorithms into .NET applications to improve business processes, analytics, and user experiences.</p> </li><li> <p>Front-End Leadership: Provide expertise in modern front-end development, with a preference for React, to deliver seamless and scalable user interfaces.</p> </li><li> <p>Agile Delivery: Work within an Agile software development framework, contributing to sprint planning, iterative product delivery, and continuous improvement.</p> </li><li> <p>Customer Value: Focus on delivering features and solutions that provide measurable value to end-users and stakeholders, particularly in commercial product settings.</p> </li><li> <p>Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with data scientists, analysts, and other developers to deliver secure, efficient solutions.</p> </li><li> <p>Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following modern design principles and best practices.</p> </li><li> <p>Innovation & Strategy: Ability to articulate architecture and design recommendations to leadership and contribute to the firm's AI strategy.</p> </li><li> <p>Continuous Improvement: Stay current on AI advancements, .NET releases, and front-end frameworks to keep our technology stack modern and effective.</p> </li><li> <p>Documentation: Maintain technical documentation, versioning, and knowledge transfer materials.</p> </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, Engineering, MIS, or related technical field.</p> </li><li> <p>10+ years of professional full-stack development experience with Microsoft .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, Entity Framework).</p> </li><li> <p>Proficiency in modern web technologies (JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3); React proficiency strongly preferred.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience designing and integrating AI/ML models into .NET applications.</p> </li><li> <p>Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe) and experience delivering incremental value to customers in product development environment.</p> </li><li> <p>Knowledge of SQL, NoSQL, and vector databases, including schema design and optimization.</p> </li><li> <p>Familiarity with scalable architectures, secure coding practices, and cloud platforms (Azure preferred).</p> </li><li> <p>Strong grasp of software design principles and patterns (SOLID, DDD, CQRS, Onion/Clean Architecture, Dependency Injection, IoC).</p> </li><li> <p>Strong ability to articulate and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience in the accounting or financial sector is a plus.</p> </li></ul> <p>Minimum Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required </li><li>At least 6 years of related experience required </li><li>Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience required </li><li>A degree in Information Technology, Computer Systems Analysis, or Management Information Systems is preferred </li><li>PMP preferred </li><li>Demonstrated knowledge of healthcare industry regulations, policies, and procedures </li><li>Demonstrated knowledge and experience working with business stakeholders and leaders, IT project planning, delivery, and execution using Traditional and Agile SDLC methodologies </li><li>Experience with VSTS, Jira, and/or other team/project collaboration tools </li><li>Ability to work in and lead a team, while communicating and coordinating with peer teams </li><li>Ability to formulate, document and recommend new policies and procedures </li><li>Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of an organization, both internally and externally </li><li>Ability to travel as required by business and on-call availability </li><li>Ability to lift up to 50lbs </li></ul>
