<p>Position Summary</p> <p>This position will function as a support role to the Outpatient QA area. Position will be full time focused. The position includes daily quality analysis to ensure accuracy and integrity of Outpatient coding.</p> <p>Position Accountabilities</p> <ul> <li>Outpatient Training and Auditing </li><li>Resource person for coding staff to assist with difficult coding question and provide timely feedback to Outpatient Coders. </li><li>Contact for Coders, Revenue staff, other Departments as a resource liaison to provide appropriate guidance to facilitate final billing. </li><li>Assist in monthly educational material prep, policy development and updates. </li><li>Assist in Aultman System Testing for Coding Interfaces </li><li>Assist in providing ICD-10 education, training and competencies </li><li>Resolve coding edits in bills scrubber software and provide feedback to staff </li><li>Coding QA representative for hospital committees as needed </li><li>Creates and fosters a work environment that is consistent with the Mission, Vision and Values of the Aultman Health Foundation </li><li>Supports strategic organizational goals </li><li>Contributes to and supports Aultman's goal of being a Highly Reliable Organization </li><li>Other duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>Position Qualifications</p> <p>Minimum Education Associates Degree, RHIT, CCS or CPC</p> <p>Minimum Experience Outpatient coding, training and auditing.</p> <p>Team Building Qualities Excellent interpersonal and oral/written communication skills; strong organizational and prioritization skills; ability to stimulate ideas and create an environment of teamwork.</p>
