We are expanding rapidly and looking for motivated and creative individuals who want to help support and shape this organization as we grow.</p> <p>GD-OTS provides reliable and affordable composite products to the defense and commercial aerospace markets. With more than 60 years of expertise, GD-OTS designs, develops, manufactures, and tests a full range of composite missile and space structures, including rocket motors, pressure vessels, launch tubes and fuel tanks.</p> <p>Position Location Detail: This position is located at our GD Lincoln West facility.</p> <p>Internal Applications Close: .</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Establishes quality standards for products and processes and suggest modifications meant to prevent defects in components or final products. </li><li>Works closely with cross-functional teams, including product design, product management, and production, to identify and mitigate quality risks. </li><li>Audits production processes, raw materials, or suppliers/vendors to ensure that established quality standards are met. </li><li>Conducts root cause analysis for defects, non-conformities, or other quality failures. </li><li>May be responsible for ensuring compliance with formal external quality standards, such as ISO 9001. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Associate's Degree & 0-3 years experience OR equivalent combination of relevant education &/or exerience.</p> <p>Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Quality or Engineering.</p>
