<p>Overview</p> <p>Electric Boat - Groton is seeking a Facilities Planning Supervisor who will lead a team of Planners in a fast paced environment performing planning in support of Groton Facilities Department.</p> <p>Duties include, but are not limited to, the following:</p> <ul> <li>Monitoring construction schedules </li><li>Oversee Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), Planned Outages, and Unplanned Outage communication </li><li>Collecting and reporting status of job progress </li><li>Maintaining work package status </li><li>Performing tactical problem solving </li><li>Coordinate with other Production and Planning organizations </li><li>Overseeing maintenance department purchasing processes, such as: Oracle, PEWO system. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Required:</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or GED equivalent </li><li>4+ years of experience in Facilities Planning </li><li>2+ Years experience working with a CMMS Program </li></ul> <p>Preferred:</p> <ul> <li>Trade experience a Plus </li></ul> <p>Skills</p> <ul> <li>Excellent verbal / written communication skills </li><li>Excellent interpersonal skills </li><li>Skilled computer user </li><li>Ability to maneuver the shipyard </li><li>Proven ability to handle difficult conversations and high pressure situations with professionalism </li></ul> <p>Physical Qualifications</p> <p>Light Lifting</p> <p>Environmental Attributes</p> <p>Inside</p>
