<p>The Warehouse Associate is responsible for hands-on operations in the Innovation center. Ensuring all specifications are met when receiving, packing and shipping of product. Must be a team player. Must maintain adherence to all sanitation standards and procedures as dictated by local, state, and federal authorities and as monitored by the LSF managers and Quality Assurance Department.</p> <ul> <li>Pick and pack restaurant and e-commerce orders </li><li>Pack orders ensuring proper ice/dry ice amounts </li><li>Print e-commerce daily orders </li><li>Assist with pre-building kits as needed </li><li>Receive all orders delivered to the IC ensuring accuracy of invoice </li><li>Stock all warehouse shelves with product </li><li>Ensure that product rotates out using the "First In, First Out" rule </li><li>Conduct daily inventory of production items noting "Use By" dates. </li><li>Weekly inventory of all product, warehouse, walk-ins, production, e-commerce </li><li>Input the inventory weekly </li><li>Match invoices with purchase orders to ensure accurate billing </li><li>Process daily invoices for Accounting department </li><li>Complete all daily QA receiving logs and packing slips </li><li>Pick and deliver to Production all product for scheduled recipes </li><li>Fill all interdepartmental requests for product </li><li>Assist Warehouse Manager with paperwork as needed </li><li>Ensures adherence to procedures, including GMP requirements, food safety, and plant personnel safety </li><li>Takes corrective action as necessary on a timely basis and in accordance with company standards, communicating inferior products or procedures. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Basic computer skills, proficient with warehouse systems a plus </li><li>Working knowledge of warehouse procedures, safety practices, sanitation standards and equipment use </li><li>Solid communication skills </li><li>Reliable; able to work in a team-oriented environment </li><li>Must be able to perform duties as assigned and maintain good work habits </li><li>Must be comfortable working in temperature-controlled areas, including refrigerated or freezer zones </li><li>Must work with safety as a priority </li><li>Some high school; GED preferred </li></ul> <p>Environmental Working Conditions: Must be able to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for entire shift. Must have a good sense of balance, be able to lift, bend, kneel, stoop, and wipe. Must be able to frequently lift and carry food, and other items weighing up to 50 pounds. Must be able to tolerate cold temperatures for long periods of time.
