<p>Job#: 3023703</p> <p>Job Description:</p> <p>Job Title: Business Analyst II</p> <p>Duration: 12 months</p> <p>Location: Charlotte NC</p> <p>Payrate: $40.00 - 44.63/hr</p> <p>Hybrid schedule requirement of a minimum of 3 days per week</p> <p>Description:</p> <p>The Business Analyst will support technical delivery and Agile execution within the banking domain, focusing on data technology solutions and requirements design. This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in data constructs, and experience working in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environments. The individual will collaborate with stakeholders, manage requirements, and ensure successful delivery across complex financial systems.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <p>Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for banking and data technology initiatives.</p> <p>Support technical delivery teams by translating business needs into actionable specifications.</p> <p>Create and maintain JIRA boards, user stories, and acceptance criteria.</p> <p>Collaborate with stakeholders to design solutions aligned with business objectives.</p> <p>Ensure adherence to Agile principles and participate in ceremonies (PI Planning, Sprint Reviews, etc.).</p> <p>Perform data analysis and validation</p> <p>Primary Skill: Agile tools (Jira)</p> <p>Required Qualifications</p> <p>Business analyst, JIRA, design, understanding of banking domain.Proficient in the data technology space with an understanding of data constructs and technologies</p> <p>Strong experience supporting technical delivery.</p> <p>Experience in Agile Methodology preferably Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)</p> <p>Desired Qualifications</p> <p>Tools: JIRA, Confluence for Agile project tracking and documentation.</p> <p>Data Technologies: SQL, data modeling, metadata management.</p> <p>Methodologies: Agile, SAFe, requirements analysis and design.</p> <p>Soft Skills: Strong analytical, facilitation, and presentation skills.</p> <p>EEO Employer</p> <p>Apex Systems is an equal opportunity employer.
