<p>Entry Level Quality Control Associate</p> <p>We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Associate / Inspector to join our team in the healthcare packaging industry. This role is responsible for inspecting in-process and finished products to ensure they meet strict quality and regulatory standards.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Inspect in-process and finished products to ensure they meet specifications </li><li>Perform precise measurements (down to 1/64 inch) using rulers and tools </li><li>Conduct tensile, seal strength, and visual inspections </li><li>Verify color accuracy and product consistency </li><li>Identify and communicate defects to production teams </li><li>Complete documentation, labeling, and quality records accurately </li><li>Package finished goods for shipment </li><li>Follow all cleanroom procedures and PPE requirements </li><li>Safely test materials such as films, foils, and chemicals </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Experience in quality control, inspection, or lab work (preferred) </li><li>Ability to perform detailed measurements and repetitive tasks </li><li>Experience in fast-paced environments (manufacturing, production, food service, etc.) </li><li>Strong attention to detail and organization </li><li>Reliable attendance and transportation </li><li>Willingness to follow cleanroom protocols (PPE, no fragrances, no phone use) </li><li>High school diploma required (Associate degree is a plus) </li></ul> <p>INTERESTED IN THIS ROLE?
