Irving group of companies </li></ul> <p>Responsible for a variety of HR & Recruitment related activities that will give you an opportunity to gain hands-on experience, including:</p> <ul> <li>Assist with recruitment, including attracting and sourcing candidates, screening, interviews and working with Hiring Managers on candidate suitability </li><li>Work collaboratively with team members from various departments on a variety of ad hoc requests </li><li>Utilize our human resources information system (HCM) and maintain data integrity i.e. employee lifecycle changes </li><li>Lead and complete special projects </li><li>Perform any tasks associated with administering HR programs and initiatives including coordination of recognition, celebrations, employee events and community giving </li><li>HR continuous improvement i.e. standard work and digital initiatives </li><li>Coordinate interview scheduling </li><li>Coordinate and attend job fairs and other recruitment events, as required </li><li>Demonstrated problem solving skills with a strong attention to detail </li><li>Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal </li><li>Customer focused individual with exceptional interpersonal skills </li><li>Energetic self-starter who enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment </li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel and Outlook </li></ul>
