<p>Facilities Inspector 1435183</p> <ul> <li>Hourly pay: $25/hr </li><li>Worksite: Leading university (Stanford, CA 94305 - Onsite) </li><li>W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program, PSL </li><li>40 hours/week, 1 Month Assignment </li></ul> <p>A leading university is seeking a Facilities Inspector. The successful candidate will perform facility inspections on a routine basis. The company offers a great work environment!</p> <p>Facilities Inspector Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Process non-standard requests, initiate appropriate documentation and notify Building Manager and/or coordinate with outside agencies as needed. </li><li>Perform facility inspections on a routine basis. </li><li>Identify maintenance needs throughout assigned buildings (i.e. safety concerns, missing furniture, etc.) </li><li>Enter corrective work orders to rectify any maintenance issues that are found during building inspections. </li><li>Damage billing assessment and compilation. </li><li>Gather and manipulate data via Excel. </li></ul> <p>Facilities Inspector Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>1+ years of experience in an educational or facilities environment. </li><li>HS diploma or GED. </li><li>Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills to effectively solve and respond to complicated requests. </li><li>Excellent customer service experience and a proven ability to meet performance standards. </li><li>Ability to work in a dynamic environment with potential for shifting priorities. </li><li>MS Word and Excel experience. </li><li>Ability to drive a golf cart (Less than 10% of the time). </li><li>A valid driver's license. </li><li>A Golf Cart Training course must be completed once hired. </li></ul> <p>Shift:</p> <ul> <li>Monday to Friday from 6:45 am to 3:15 pm. </li><li>May work extended hours. </li></ul>
