<p>Summary</p> <p>Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals.</p> <p>Duties and Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Start project from kick-off until the final test in the customer's plant; </li><li>Responsible for project timing and margin, Supervise the quality; </li><li>Act as reference point for customer during whole project life; work with sales to build and maintain customer relationship, and achieve customer satisfaction; </li><li>Dealing with contract variations; </li><li>Build and maintain project WBS and timing plan; responsible for project review during project rolling; </li><li>Work with function managers to allocate resource to work on project in order to secure project running; </li><li>Work with purchasing department to select and manage critical supplier; </li><li>Coordinate project function interface issues under local organization matrix and contribute to consolidate system procedure; </li><li>Adopt previous project lessons-learned and prevent them for on-going project; </li><li>Define the strategy "Make and Buy" for project scope of supply; </li><li>Drive the analysis and implement the recovery action on the risks defined in proposal and project phase; </li><li>Project report in closing phase in aspect of lessons, possible optimization; </li><li>Evaluate team member's performance in project closing phase; </li><li>Contribute to long term development of local business and organization; </li><li>Advanced offering/selling for metal cutting project when needs. </li><li>Follow the project management and site management process defined by the company; </li><li>Follow the EHS regulation and process and ensure the execution in the onsite management; </li></ul> <p>Qualifications (Education, Training, Certification, Licenses, Experience)</p> <ul> <li>Degree qualified(Bachelor and Above) or equivalent in Engineering or similar degree such as Aerospace or Automotive from recognized University. </li><li>At least 10 years' experience of automation, robotics, Body in White assembly, special purpose machines, handling systems; </li><li>At least 3 years' Experience for management of projects from concept through to completion; </li><li>Work in an English speaking environment; </li><li>Experience of managing commercial customer relationships </li><li>Proven track record of 1 entire PM (> $4M) </li><li>Proven track record of Financial management of Project; </li><li>PMP Certificate. </li></ul> <p>Knowledge & Skills</p> <ul> <li>Fluency in both Mandarin and English* </li><li>Strong commercial awareness/strong business acumen </li><li>Proven track record of customer management </li><li>Team management; </li><li>Reporting, Presentation and communication skills; </li><li>Office at good level; </li><li>Interpersonal skill and good relationship with supplier and customer </li><li>Excellent time management and organizational skills in a multi-tasking environment </li><li>Able to meet deadlines and follow through on commitments </li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously </li><li>Willing to travel throughout China and internationally as required. </li></ul>
