<p>SUMMARY</p> <p>The School of Education and Behavioral Studies invites applications for an Assistant or Associate Professor of Health and Human Performance. The successful candidate will teach undergraduate courses in areas such as biomechanics, clinical exercise methodology, research methods, fitness assessment, exercise prescription, and health promotion.</p> <p>Responsibilities include curriculum development, student advising, oversight of internships and site mentor relationships, and active participation in departmental, university, and community service. Candidates must demonstrate a strong commitment to the Christian faith and a record of excellence in teaching, scholarship, and service.</p> <p>The position requires development of an active research agenda that engages undergraduate students, preferably in functional movement, exercise physiology, biochemistry, or kinesiology. The department offers well-equipped biomechanics, physiology, and sports medicine laboratories, with opportunities for interdisciplinary collaboration across biology, health professions, and pharmacy.</p> <p>STATUS</p> <p>Applications reviewed on a rolling basis until the position is filled (early submission encouraged).</p>
