The OAS team utilizes cloud-based accounting platforms and software applications to provide recurring accounting and proactive advice to our clients.</p> <p>How you will contribute:</p> <p>Dedicate time to client service while coordinating work for our clients in the following areas:</p> <ul> <li>General ledger importing or synchronization </li><li>Accounts payable processing, including Bill.com </li><li>Post Payroll journal entries </li><li>Bank and credit card account reconciliations </li><li>Depreciation schedule preparation and review </li><li>Monthly and year-end trial balance closing assistance </li><li>Assist with preparing and reviewing monthly management reports and financial statements </li><li>Provide various virtual and on-site outsourced accounting services </li><li>Various software application implementation projects </li><li>Facilitate teaching and training of associates and other colleagues </li></ul> <p>We are looking for people who have Forward Vision and:</p> <ul> <li>Strong initiative and problem-solving abilities </li><li>Commitment to client service </li><li>Ability to prioritize work for multiple clients and consistently meet deadlines </li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills </li></ul> <p>Minimum Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in accounting </li><li>4 years or more of experience </li><li>Experience working with Quickbooks, Matrix </li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite </li></ul> <p>#LI-CW1</p>
