Succeed. #BeHere</p> <p>Location: US:WI:MILWAUKEE at our FROEDTERT HOSPITAL facility.</p> <p>This job is ON - SITE.</p> <p>FTE: 1.00</p> <p>Standard Hours: 40.00</p> <p>Shift: Shift 1</p> <p>Job Summary:</p> <p>In collaboration with physician and clinical leadership, this role is responsible for oversight of the Quality Assessment and Performance Improvement ("QAPI") Programs to ensure efficient processes, quality clinical care, patient safety, and compliance with all regulatory requirements, such as OPTN/UNOS and CMS. Responsible for developing and coordinating comprehensive and integrated disease specific program policies, processes and quality metrics. Responsible for the creation, provision and presentation of solid organ transplant service line dashboards, QAPI meeting presentations, and all other requested data by physician and clinical leadership.</p> <p>The incumbent is an excellent communicator who is able to bring disparate groups to consensus in order to move quality initiatives forward. Must bring lasting organizational change and adherence to the programs through metric measurement and reporting outcomes at the service line levels.</p> <p>Responsible for providing leadership and direction to the transplant quality team.
