<p>Summary</p> <p>Under the guidance and supervision of the Director of the Clinical Resource and Simulation Center (CRSC) the Adjunct Lab Nursing Instructor develops, implements, and evaluates evidenced-based activities in the Clinical Resource Simulation Center Lab.</p> <p>Participates in simulation activities as primary instructor and demonstrates nursing skills and techniques to students.</p> <p>Uses information technologies skillfully to support teaching-learning process including the use of high-fidelity human simulators.</p> <p>Essential Functions:</p> <ul> <li>Facilitation of learning experiences. </li><li>Knowledge of and participation in developing the nursing Lab curriculum. </li><li>Evaluation of students' skills/simulations performance and ability to meet competencies of the program based on course objectives and program outcomes. </li><li>Identifies and supports the needs of the students to provide a quality learning experience. </li><li>Perform other duties as required. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. </li><li>Weekend and evening hours may be required. </li></ul>
