Offers are typically made below the top of the range to support future salary growth.</p> <p>About Merrimack Health:</p> <p>As a designated Level III Trauma Center, our Lawrence Emergency Center treats the Merrimack Valley's most serious illnesses and injuries.</p> <ul> <li>Average of 190 patient visits per day </li><li>41 in-room beds and approximately 30 hall spaces </li><li>Accelerated Care Unit for lower acuity visits averages 40 patients per day </li><li>Average ratio of 5:1 depending on acuity </li><li>Hands-on, passionate management team </li></ul> <p>The Emergency Center nurse consistently encounters stressful situations, must demonstrate competent responsiveness to frequent critical situations with adult and pediatric patients, and must work effectively with patients, families and co-workers.</p> <p>Your Responsibilities:</p> <p>Under the direction and leadership of the Nurse Manager, the Emergency Center RN is responsible for the delivery of patient care through knowledge of the nursing process and age-specific requirements and by following departmental and hospital policies and procedures.
