Your adventure begins now-unleash your potential with MANTECH!</p> <p>MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Human Systems Integration (HSI) Analyst to join our team! This is a hybrid position with two days a week onsite in Washington, D.C..</p> <p>Responsibilities include but are not limited to:</p> <ul> <li>Assist with the coordination and facilitation of the DHS Human Systems Integration (HSI) Community of Practice </li><li>Participate in technical assessment teams to review and assess acquisition programs </li><li>Support the development of HSI course training materials </li><li>Support the development of a mission essential task database that will identify human performance challenges associated with mission critical operations </li><li>Analyzing program artifacts such as program plans, systems engineering artifacts, solution architectures, technology roadmaps, requirements documents, analyses of alternatives/business case analyses </li><li>Interface/Engage with R&D and Acquisition programs to: </li><li>Guide and assist programs in planning and executing human systems integration activities in domains such as manpower, personnel (workforce management), training, human factors engineering (HFE), system safety, occupational health, habitability, and personnel survivability </li><li>Guide and assist programs in planning and executing test and evaluation events related to human performance and safety of technology and systems </li><li>Identify technical risks related to human systems integration </li></ul> <p>Minimum Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>HSI experience in any of the following domains: manpower, personnel (workforce management), training, human factors engineering, system safety and occupational health, habitability, and personnel survivability </li><li>Demonstrated initiative, sound judgment, effective decision-making, the ability to plan and organize work, and excellent oral and written communication skills </li><li>Strong ability and interest in challenging the status quo with better options </li><li>Strong analytical and critical thinking skills </li><li>Ability to work in dynamic and changing environments </li><li>Comfortable paving new paths, managing resistance, and building consensus </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Experience supporting DHS headquarters and/or any of its components </li><li>Knowledge of Department of Homeland Security Acquisition and Systems Engineering policies </li><li>Experience and skills with systems engineering and/or test and evaluation methods, processes, guidance and tools </li></ul> <p>Clearance Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Must currently possess, or be eligible to obtain and maintain, a Secret level clearance </li><li>Must obtain and maintain a DHS Suitability </li></ul> <p>Physical Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time. </li><li>Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel. </li><li>Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a computer. </li></ul> <p>The projected compensation range for this position is -. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
