<p>Description</p> <p>Position based in Charlotte, NC</p> <p>We're hiring a Sales Operations Specialist with advanced Salesforce administration skills to support and enhance our sales infrastructure in the U.S. You will play a key role in driving operational efficiency, managing data and tools, and ensuring the sales team operates smoothly and effectively within the CRM ecosystem.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Serve as the Salesforce administrator for the sales team </li><li>Manage user setup, roles, and permissions </li><li>Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and workflows </li><li>Ensure CRM data integrity, accuracy, and usability </li><li>Train sales team members on CRM usage and best practices </li><li>Support sales processes (quotes, orders, lead management, account updates) </li><li>Monitor and improve CRM usage compliance </li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Ops, Finance, Customer Service) to streamline workflows </li><li>Assist with process documentation, playbooks, and onboarding materials </li><li>Help support eCommerce and B2B tools integration with Salesforce (if applicable) </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>2-4 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Support, or Salesforce Admin role </li><li>Salesforce Certified Administrator (preferred or in progress) </li><li>Proficient in creating reports, dashboards, validation rules, and automation workflows </li><li>Strong Excel skills </li><li>Organized, analytical, and highly detail-oriented </li><li>Experience working with B2B sales teams, ERP systems, or logistics environments - a plus </li><li>Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users </li></ul> <p>Work Environment</p> <ul> <li>Working conditions are normal for an office environment. </li><li>Some travel may be required </li><li>Manual dexterity required to use desktop computer and peripherals </li><li>--------------------------------------------------------------------------- </li></ul> <p>Caesarstone US provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, genetic information, marital status, amnesty, or status as a covered veteran in accordance with applicable federal, state and local laws.
