<p>Location: Trillium Place</p> <p>Current Opening:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Full-time position available on Second shift - Includes a $10,000 sign-on bonus</p> </li><li> <p>Part-time positions available on all shifts</p> </li><li> <p>Most positions require an every other weekend and holiday rotation</p> </li><li> <p>POOL (as needed)</p> </li></ul> <p>The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN Charge) in skilled care assists the RN Manager/RN Supervisor with ensuring all nursing procedures are addressed and resident care issues are handled according to our Philosophy of Care. This care will be performed in accordance with TANDEM LIVING Core Values, Mission Statement, and regulations.</p> <p>QUALIFICATIONS:</p> <ul> <li> <p>High School diploma or equivalent.</p> </li><li> <p>Current PA license to practice as an LPN/RN.</p> </li><li> <p>Two (2) to four (4) years related experience and/or training preferably in a skilled nursing or retirement facility.</p> </li><li> <p>Basic computer skills needed. Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Word and Outlook.</p> </li></ul> <p>RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Manages medications, evaluates vital signs, completes treatments, and changes dressings.</p> </li><li> <p>Monitors indwelling catheters and peripheral IV's.</p> </li><li> <p>Lifts, turns, and transfers residents, as scheduled or as needed. Properly uses mechanical lifts and require 2 staff for all transfers.</p> </li><li> <p>Monitors, responds to, and reports health changes of residents.</p> </li><li> <p>Monitors the skin condition of residents, implements appropriate procedures for skin tears and pressure ulcers.</p> </li><li> <p>Assists in any emergency situation.</p> </li><li> <p>Documents physician's visits, inputs/outputs, pharmacy requisitions, and daily charting.</p> </li><li> <p>Supports the RN Nurse Manager in overseeing Caregiver routine duties and acts as a resource person for Caregivers.</p> </li></ul> <p>BENEFITS:</p> <p>At TANDEM LIVING we value the wellbeing of all of our team members and offer competitive wages and a comprehensive benefit package!
