Here are some highlights of what Synagro has to offer:</p> <ul> <li>15 days paid time off </li><li>10 Holidays </li><li>Medical/Dental/Vision (within 30 days of hire) </li><li>Health Saving Account (HSA) with company match </li><li>Flexible Spending Account (FSA) </li><li>401(k) with company match (fully vested upon hire) </li><li>Career growth and promotional opportunities </li><li>Tuition Reimbursement </li></ul> <p>JOB SUMMMARY</p> <p>Provide secretarial and administrative support of a moderately complex and confidential nature.</p> <p>ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <ul> <li>Code and submit business expenses as needed. </li><li>Assist with tracking operations data, maintenance data, expenses and revenue. </li><li>Assist in compiling data for extensive monthly reporting to the customer and for reporting to regulatory agencies </li><li>Assist with developing and documenting standard operating procedures </li><li>Assist with operation of on-site truck scale, as needed. </li><li>Compile, organize and enter truck ticket data for customer billing and compliance. </li><li>Assist with inventory tracking and reporting </li><li>Participate in reviewing monthly P&L for completeness and accuracy. </li><li>Perform general administrative and clerical duties. </li><li>Answer incoming telephone calls and greet on-site visitors in a professional manner; assist caller by answering questions or directing call through to appropriate person. </li><li>Schedule and organize meetings, conference calls, business travel, conferences and team activities. </li><li>Distribute and/or send mail/packages. </li><li>Assist and communicate with various departments. </li><li>Order, organize, and maintain office supplies and equipment. </li><li>Serve as a brand advocate and ambassador in every interaction with clients and the public </li></ul> <p>KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES</p> <ul> <li>Handle confidential and non-routine information, explain policies and know how to appropriately use discretion. </li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills and be able to effectively communicate with all levels of personnel including executive management. </li><li>Demonstrate strong interpersonal, problem solving and relationship building skills </li><li>Ability to prioritize and multi-task while applying attention to detail </li><li>Process and Systems oriented </li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environmental, process work rapidly, set priorities, work under pressure and follow through with assigned tasks </li><li>Technology savvy; knowledgeable about modern technology, proficient in Microsoft Office, capable of learning and mastering the use of new software and applications. </li><li>Ability to perform basic math </li><li>Familiar with basic accounting concepts and ability to understand P&L statements </li></ul> <p>EDUCATION/EXPERIENCES</p> <ul> <li>Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required </li><li>Minimum 5 years Administrative Assistant experience preferred </li></ul> <p>WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS</p> <ul> <li>Talking, Hearing, Seeing, Standing, Sitting, Walking and Fingering </li><li>The worker is not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions (such as in typical office or administrative work.) </li></ul>
