The district helps by contributing money towards their savings through match, and through contributions to the State retirement plan. </li><li>Paid Time Off: Employees accrue time off for things like Earned Personal Leave or sick days. </li><li>Employee Support: There is also help for employees with life events through a free Employee Assistance Program.
