<p>Overview:</p> <p>2026 Touring Water Parade</p> <p>Join the Splash Water Parade Touring Team!</p> <p>The Splash Water Parade is a groundbreaking touring production that combines singers, dancers, breathtaking water effects, cutting-edge technology, and dazzling performances. We're looking for talented individuals with diverse technical, operational, and creative expertise to bring this spectacular parade to life on one of our 2 multi-city tours.</p> <ul> <li>All roles are seasonal positions </li><li>Work is based on a 6 day work week </li><li>Days are expected to vary between 8 and 10 hours per day </li><li>Travel and housing are covered completely by the company. Hotel rooms based on double occupancy. Meal expenses are not covered. </li><li>Rates are flat pay and there is no separate Per Diem </li></ul> <p>BLUE TOUR 2026</p> <ul> <li>Six Flags over Georgia (Austell, GA) = Late May - Mid June </li><li>Carowinds (Charlotte, NC) = Late June - Mid July </li><li>Dorney Park (Allentown, PA) = Early August - Late August </li></ul> <p>o Most seasonals begin May 12 and run through 8/28</p> <p>GREEN TOUR 2026</p> <ul> <li>Kings Dominion (Doswell, VA) = Late June - Mid August </li></ul> <p>o Most seasonals begin June 16 and run through August 14th.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <p>Audio/Show Control Technician (1 Per Tour)</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Reports to the Technical Manager </li><li>Maintain, troubleshoot, and operate audio systems and show control equipment. </li><li>Conduct sound checks and calibrations to adapt to venue-specific needs. </li><li>Coordinate with contractors and leadership on audio needs during assembly and tour phases. </li><li>Coordinate and work with park, leadership and contractors on installation and show programming. </li><li>Execute maintenance, protection, and operation of audio and show control assets. </li><li>Participate in float assembly/disassembly, load-in/load-out during tour moves. </li><li>Coordinate site preparations, ensuring show control and audio needs are met at each location. </li><li>Troubleshoot all technical failures having to do with audio or show control systems during rehearsals and performances. This includes power supplies to those systems. </li><li>Document and communicate status of audio and show control systems, including maintenance schedules and incidents. </li><li>Plan and implement modifications to parade audio and show control systems to adapt to venue-specific requirements. </li><li>Program and manage audio and control cues in coordination with tour management. </li><li>Pack and secure audio/show control equipment for transport between venues. </li><li>Support cast with wireless mic use. </li><li>Manage all 2 way radios for the touring company. </li><li>Assist in refilling float water systems and water props as necessary. </li><li>Operate, monitor and troubleshoot show control system during performances. </li><li>Drive and or direct a float or show vehicle when necessary. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <p>Minimum Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Valid U.S. driver's license and clean driving record </li><li>Willingness to drive a parade float when necessary </li><li>2+ years of hands-on experience with live audio systems and show control software in live entertainment or parades. </li><li>Experience with QSYS as used in theme park environments. </li><li>Ability to troubleshoot and repair audio and control systems under time constraints. </li><li>Understanding of RF frequency coordination and programming. </li><li>Experience with networked audio systems. </li></ul> <p>Desired Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Previous work in outdoor live entertainment, touring productions, or parades. </li><li>Experience integrating audio and lighting systems into moving parade floats or outdoor installations. </li><li>Experience with Media Matrix systems and programming. </li></ul> <p>Weekly Pay Rate:</p> <ul> <li>$1,250.00 (Travel, Hotel Covered) </li></ul>
