This role will play a key part in streamlining sales processes, supporting lead management, conducting market research, and providing administrative and operational support to help drive revenue growth.</p> <p>The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, tech-savvy, and comfortable working with tools such as Google Sheets, Excel, CRM platforms, and AI-powered tools.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Research and identify prospecting opportunities, industry trends, funding/grant opportunities, and relevant market intelligence to support sales and outbound efforts </li><li>Monitor industry news and competitive insights and share relevant information with SDRs and Sales teams </li><li>Assist with lead management, including inbound lead organization, qualification support, routing, and assignment to appropriate SDRs or sales representatives </li><li>Monitor inbound inquiries and ensure timely responses or escalation to the appropriate team members </li><li>Utilize AI tools and automation platforms to improve research </li><li>Conduct strategic grant and funding research to identify qualified opportunities and support pipeline development </li></ul>
