<p>Your Tasks:</p> <ul> <li>We have an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and analytical student to support our Service organization through a hands-on CRM integration project. This internship will focus on integrating existing service operations - specifically service cases and service quotes - into our Salesforce CRM platform. The role will collaborate closely with Service, Sales, and IT/CRM teams to translate current workflows into standardized, scalable Salesforce processes that improve visibility, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration. </li><li>Document and analyze current service workflows, including case management and quoting processes </li><li>Map service activities and identify key data requirements for CRM integration </li><li>Assist in configuring Salesforce objects such as Cases, Work Orders, and Quotes </li><li>Support the design of standardized processes that improve handoffs between Sales and Service </li><li>Contribute to dashboard and reporting development to enhance data visibility for leadership </li><li>Participate in cross-functional meetings to gather requirements and validate system functionality </li><li>Assist with user testing, process validation, and documentation of best practices </li></ul> <p>Your Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or related field </li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills </li><li>Interest in CRM systems, process optimization, and business systems integration </li><li>Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms is a plus </li><li>Ability to translate business requirements into structured processes </li><li>Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally </li><li>Proficiency in Excel; exposure to reporting tools or dashboards is a plus </li></ul> <p>Intern Program Highlights</p> <ul> <li>12-week paid internship program (May 8 - August 3) with flexibility to accommodate academic schedules </li><li>Structured summer program including networking events, professional development opportunities, and team-building activities </li><li>Social outings and engagement events with fellow interns </li><li>Capstone-style final presentation delivered to company leadership </li><li>Valuable exposure to senior leadership and cross-functional teams </li><li>Hands-on experience with CRM configuration, business process optimization, and real-world systems implementation not typically encountered in the classroom </li></ul>
