If you share our core values, make the smart choice to join our great group of people at Rackley Roofing.</p> <p>Commercial Roofer Responsibilities:</p> <p>Commercial Roofers & Laborers *No Commercial Roofing experience required</p> <ul> <li>Application and/or repair of roofing materials </li><li>Demolition and tear off existing roofing systems for repair or replacement </li><li>Knowledge/Installation of EPDM/TPO/PVC roofing systems </li><li>Utilization of hand and power tools </li><li>Assist with service and maintenance of pre-existing roofing and sheet metal systems </li><li>Maintain and exceed all Company safety, quality, and Production procedures </li><li>Must exhibit a friendly demeanor and show courtesy to all clients while on jobsite </li><li>Must represent Rackley Roofing Company, Inc. to customers, vendors, industry professionals, and other RRCI employees in a professional manner at all times. </li></ul> <p>Skilled Commercial Roofers & Laborers 2+ Years of Commercial Roofing experience</p> <ul> <li>Execute assignments from Roofing/Service Foreman </li><li>Perform more detailed and complex roofing work </li><li>Knowledge and ability to use complex equipment (welders, heat guns, etc.) </li><li>Assist Entry-level and Roofers with complex assignments </li><li>Maintain and exceed all Company safety, quality, and Production procedures </li><li>Must exhibit a friendly demeanor and show courtesy to all clients while on jobsite </li><li>Must represent Rackley Roofing Company, Inc. to customers, vendors, industry professionals, and other RRCI employees in a professional manner at all times. </li></ul> <p>Commercial Roofing Foreman 5+ Years of Commercial Roofing experience</p> <ul> <li>Assist team with coaching, development, and monitoring all Team members </li><li>Lead the crew in all aspects of the assignment </li><li>Knowledge of multiple roofing systems and equipment required </li><li>Provide all set-up for efficiency and safety purposes </li><li>Pre-inspection of all sites to ensure all warning/safety guidelines are in place </li><li>Able to do Inspection on roof once work is completed prior to manufacturer's Inspection </li><li>Ensure proper PPE is utilized at all times </li><li>Maintain and exceed all Company safety, quality, and Production procedures </li><li>Must exhibit a friendly demeanor and show courtesy to all clients while on jobsite </li><li>Must represent Rackley Roofing Company, Inc. to customers, vendors, industry professionals, and other RRCI employees in a professional manner at all times. </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Able to climb stairs and ladders </li><li>Maintain balance at heights </li><li>Lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs. </li><li>Stoop, bend and work on knees, crawl </li><li>Verbally communicate and understand objectives </li><li>Work with extreme weather conditions </li><li>Comfortable with hand and power tools </li><li>Follow all safety procedures </li><li>Keep sites clean and free from hazards </li><li>Adhere to all quality processes </li></ul> <p>All employees: Must represent Rackley Roofing Company, Inc. to customers, vendors, industry professionals, and other RRCI employees in a professional manner at all times.</p> <p>Rackley Roofing is an Equal Opportunity and Drug-Free Employer offering excellent challenges, career opportunities, competitive pay, and benefits including:</p> <ul> <li>Medical, Dental, Vision </li><li>Life Insurance </li><li>Cancer, Accident, Short Term Disability </li><li>Vacation and Holidays </li><li>401K </li></ul>
