Resumes may be submitted to hr@adenacorporation.com.</p> <p>North Central Fabrication- Shop Laborer</p> <p>Summary:</p> <p>Fabrication shop laborers perform a variety of daily tasks. Shop laborers may assist a fabricator or painter with shipping and receiving or any other task that is assigned from the direct supervisor.</p> <p>Primary Job Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Operates, maintains and cares for construction equipment and machines </li><li>Assists fabricators and other skilled laborers when necessary </li><li>Will prime prepare and prime paint material when necessary </li><li>Assists with shipping of finished goods and receiving of raw materials </li><li>Prepares materials for fabrication and painting </li><li>Assembles and takes apart temporary fixtures and jigs </li><li>Ready to learn from on-the-job training </li><li>Performs shop and yard clean up </li><li>Finishes products by cleaning, polishing, filing, wire wheeling, scotch bright, or by applying protective or decorative coatings </li><li>Performs routine inspections on assigned equipment and notifies supervisor of defects or needed repairs </li><li>Adheres to the company's safety policies to create a safe work environment </li><li>Other duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>PM21</p> <p>North Central Fabrication- Yard Worker</p> <p>Desired Qualifications/Skills:</p> <ul> <li>High School diploma or GED required </li><li>Sufficient education or an equivalent combination of experience, education and training that provides the desired knowledge, skills, and characteristics to perform duties of the role </li><li>Ability to perform physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks for extended periods of time </li><li>Must obtain the company provided necessary training and certification prior to operating any equipment </li><li>Ability to work in a team environment </li><li>Ability to work independently with little direction when applicable </li><li>Ability to perform on a regular basis in conditions consisting of wet, hot, humid, and/or freezing temperatures, also contending with dirt and dust </li><li>Ability to meet attendance schedule with dependability and consistency </li><li>Must have a good work ethic, and the ability to understand and carry out written and verbal instructions, specifically tasks given by supervisor </li><li>Ability to use equipment and tools in a safe and efficient manner </li><li>Excellent communication skills </li></ul> <p>Equal Opportunity Employer</p>
